This simple respirator comprises an elastic breathing capsule, a combined neck, an air pocket, a mask, an oxygen tube, a mouthpiece, and an oropharyngeal airway, forming a comprehensive and effective resuscitation tool.
Constructed from medical-grade silicone (valve body diaphragm), PC (valve body), and PVC (bag), the materials are chosen for their safety, ensuring no adverse effects on the human body.
E. Range of Application
The device is predominantly used for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and general artificial respiration assistance, making it an essential tool in emergency medical situations.
F. Method of Application
1)Position the patient supine, remove any pillow, and tilt the head back to open the airway.
2) Clear the mouth and throat of any visible foreign objects, including dentures, to ensure an unobstructed airway.
3) Insert the oropharyngeal airway to prevent tongue bite or airway obstruction.
4)The rescuer should position themselves behind the patient's head, tilting it back and holding the forehead to maintain an open airway.
5) Secure the mask over the patient's nose and mouth, holding it firmly with the thumb and forefinger while stabilizing the forehead with the remaining fingers.
6) Firmly squeeze the ball with the other hand to push air into the lungs, ensuring consistent and appropriate ventilation rates: - Adults: 12~15 breaths per minute - Children: 14~20 breaths per minute - Infants: 35~40 breaths per minute.Each ventilation cycle should last between 1 to 2 seconds to ensure effective oxygen delivery.
7)If an air tube or tracheostomy is present, remove the mask and connect directly to the tracheostomy joint, then proceed with standard operation procedures. .
8)Rescuers should monitor for signs of effective ventilation by observing the following indicators:
a. The rise and fall of the patient's chest synchronized with the compressed sphere activity.
b. The color of the patient's lips and face, visible through the transparent mask, should remain normal.
c. During exhalation, look for mist formation inside the mask, confirming air exchange.
